ABOUT US: Administration


					Mr. Carl Martinez Head of School Email cmartinez@wchs.com Extension 325 Carl Martinez earned both a Marketing degree and a Masters in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University. He has worked at Whittier Christian for the past 12 years and is a proud WCHS graduate of the Class of 1991. Carl serves as the Head of School. Married with two sons, Carl Martinez and his family attend Richfield Community Church in Yorba Linda


					Mr. Bob Brown Director of Administrative Services Email bbrown@wchs.com Extension 306 Bob Brown earned a Business Administration degree from Biola University and a Education Administration Masters degree from the California State University at Fullerton. He has worked for more than 32 years in the ministry of Whittier Christian High School. As Director of Administrative Services, he provides leadership in the development of Christian curriculum, supervises and evaluates teaching staff. Married with two children, Bob Brown and his family worship at the First Evangelical Free Church in Fullerton.


					Mr. Chris Sanita Director of Curriculum and Instruction Email csanita@wchs.com Extension 307 Chris Sanita earned a B.A. in Sociology from University of California at Davis and a single subject teaching credential in English from the University of California Irvine- certified in California and Hawaii and an M.S. in Educational Administration from the National University in Costa Mesa. As Director of Curriculum and Instruction he oversees department chairs, curriculum and instruction, academic counseling, ASB, library, organizes student academic records and coordinates standardized testing and summer school. Married with two sons, Makana and Kealoha, and twin daughters, Mahea and Kawai, Chris Sanita and his wife worship at Rock Harbor Church in Costa Mesa.


					Mrs. Joy Karavedas Dean of Student Life Email jkaravedas@wchs.com Extension 301 Joy Karavedas earned a Business Administration degree from California State University, Long Beach and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Idaho. She has joined Whittier Christian High School as the Dean of Student Life. Joy oversees student issues on campus including discipline and attendance, assists with supervision of student activities and serves on the admissions committee. Married with two grown children, Joy and her husband worship at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest.


					Mr. Bill Crammer Business Administrator Email bcrammer@wchs.com Extension 302 Bill Crammer earned a Business Administration degree from the California State University at Fullerton. He has worked for 6 years in the ministry of Whittier Christian High School. As Business Administrator, he supervises the accounting, maintenance, and transportation departments. Married with seven children, Bill Crammer and his family worship at Rosewood Church in Bellflower.
