FIRST PLACE WINNER

Whittier Christian High School student Franklin Espinoza entered the La Habra Lions Student Speech Contest. Franklin presented an exceptional speech and won first place in the contest and will be going to the next level.  He received a certificate and a check. We are proud of him!
