- Four years of lab science, including: Anatomy and Physiology or AP Environmental Science
- Four years of math, including Statistics (CP or AP) or Pre-Calculus or AP Calculus
- Off campus activities:
- Job Shadowing: 10 hour minimum each year, in at least 3 different visits
- Off campus internship (20 hours minimum) or additional job shadowing (20 hours in addition to the 10 required hours) or an approved summer institute.
- Students will be required to submit a portfolio documenting their activities within the academy

- Engineering students must complete 1 year of Computer Science Principles
- Off campus activities:

Two years on WCHS Robotics team or an off campus internship (at least 20 hours) or additional job shadowing (20 hours in addition to the 10 required hours) or an approved summer institute.

- Capstone Project:
- Students will work with members of the WCHS community and network to develop a business idea and lead a team in the creation of a business plan. This can be done as part of the Entrepreneurship course or independently.

The Arts academy has the following emphases: Art, Photo/Film, Instrumental Music, Vocal Music, Dance, Theatre, Integrated Arts. Each emphasis uses a point system to earn credit, and varies by each discipline.
On Campus Activity
- Yearly portfolio or performance review (culminating with a Senior project determined by the chosen Art emphasis)
- Cross discipline service hours (supporting all the Arts at WCHS)
- Academic Integration (art related work offered in our academic departments, including other unrelated art classes)
On or Off Campus Activity
- Studio Hours - (Studio hours offered on campus or private lessons for performance arts)
- Show / Performance Participation
Off Campus Activity
- Professional Observations (job shadowing or internships related to the chosen Art emphasis)

- Completion of Capstone Project:
The students’ senior year will involve the completion of a service project students develop over the course of the four modules. At the end of the senior year, students will present their completed project to the local community
